The Waterfront Bar is fully licensed Gastropub specialising in Italian Food. This includes a good selection of Stone Baked Pizzas, Ciabatta Breads and Salads. The Waterfront Bar is located on Streatham Common at the top of Greyhound Lane, within walking distance of both Streatham Common and Streatham Stations.
On the outside, The Waterfront Bar, looks much like any other pub. Once inside however, the venue comes to life and impresses with its good natural light, dark wooden floors, chocolate coloured walls and wooden furniture juxtaposed with some bright Pop Art style screen prints and a massive flat panel display for watching sports and Football. Other distinguishing features include Fan Air Conditioning, and a great view overlooking Streatham Common. Also of note is their non-smoking section.
The Waterfront has a good balance with it being popular with locals as well as attracting an element of passing trade.
This Independent Pub has a relaxed but friendly service. We had pre-booked out table and when we arrived we were warmly received and quickly seated.
