Here is the full list of planned TfL service changes this weekend, September 27 to 29.

Londoners travelling into the capital this weekend could be faced with disruption due to closures on Tube and rail services.

Transport for London (TfL) has asked Londoners to check before they travel.

London Underground

District line

Saturday 28 and Sunday September 29

No service between Turnham Green and Richmond

Use local or rail replacement bus routes. This is due to track work.

Metropolitan line

Saturday 28 and Sunday September 29

No service on the entire line

Chiltern Railways services will not run between Marylebone and Aylesbury Vale Parkway. Use alternative Tube services and local or rail replacement bus services. This is due to track work.

Piccadilly line

Saturday 28 and Sunday September 29

No service between South Harrow and Uxbridge

London Overground

Saturday 28 and Sunday September 29

No service between South Acton and Richmond

Use local bus or rail replacement bus routes. This is due to Network Rail maintenance work.

Sunday September 29

No service between Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside

Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. Rail replacement buses will run. For travel between Barking and Barking Riverside, use bus route EL1. This is due to Network Rail maintenance work.

No service between Sydenham and West Croydon

Use local bus routes. This is due to Network Rail maintenance work.

No service between Romford and Upminster

No service between Euston and Kilburn High Road before 12pm and after 8.30pm

Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. This is due to HS2 works.

No service between Camden Road and Stratford after 10.15pm

Trains between Liverpool Street and Chingford will not call at Bethnal Green

For Bethnal Green, use services to/from Enfield Town or Cheshunt. This is due to Network Rail maintenance work.

Monday September 30 until Thursday October 3

No westbound service from Stratford to Camden Road after 11.45pm each night

Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. This is due to Network Rail maintenance work.

No service between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace/West Croydon after 11pm each night

Southern Railway rail replacement buses will depart from London Bridge at 11.58pm to Streatham Hill via Crystal Palace, and from London Bridge at 0.35am to East Croydon. This is due to Network Rail maintenance work.

Wednesday 2 and Thursday October 3

No eastbound service from Willesden Junction to Stratford after 11pm both nights

Use alternative Tube or rail services or local bus routes. This is due to Network Rail maintenance work.

Sunday September 29

Reduced service between Paddington and Heathrow/Reading

Services will not stop at Acton Main Line, West Ealing or Hanwell. This is due to HS2 works at Old Oak Common station.

No service between Liverpool Street and Shenfield, and Whitechapel and Stratford

Use alternative Tube services and local bus routes. A rail replacement bus service will be in operation between Stratford and Shenfield. This is due to Network Rail maintenance work.

DLR

Saturday 28 and Sunday September 29

No service between Bank/Tower Gateway and Poplar/West India Quay

Thursday September 26

City of London

From 6.30pm until 9pm, a one-mile relay race will take place at Bloomberg Square. Large crowds are expected.

O2 Arena

From 6.30pm until 10.30pm, the O2 Arena will host a music concert. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.

Friday September 27

Central London

From 6pm until 3am the following morning, a charity walk will take place from Charing Cross Hospital to St Bartholomew's Hospital. Large crowds are expected.

From 6pm, a mass bike ride will take place through central London, starting at Southbank. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.

Lord's Cricket Ground

From 12pm until 8.30pm, Lord's Cricket Ground will host a cricket match. Large crowds are expected before and after the event.

Saturday September 28

Central London

From 12pm until 7pm, a march will take place from Park Lane to Parliament Square. Large crowds and delays are expected.

From 1pm until 3pm, a static demonstration will take place at Trafalgar Square. Large crowds are expected.

Tottenham Hale

From 12pm until 10.30pm, Drumsheds will host a music event. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.

O2 Arena

From 6.30pm until 10.30pm, the O2 Arena will host a music concert. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.

Sunday September 29

City of London

From 5.30am until 7pm, an annual sheep drive will take place on Southwark Bridge and Queen Street. Large crowds, increased traffic levels and delays are expected.

From 6am until 1pm, the Ealing Marathon will take place with road closures along the route. Large crowds are expected.

Central London

From 8am until 4pm, a charity walk will take place across central London, crossing multiple bridges. Large crowds are expected.

From 6.30pm until 10.30pm, the O2 Arena will host a music concert. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.
