Boutique Hotelier

A former police station in South London could be transformed into a boutique hotel under plans by development firm Everitt Road Properties.

The building on Streatham High Street, which was built in 1912, has been vacant since 2015 after the local police station relocated to a building further down the street.

Now, it could be turned into a 57-bedroom hotel, complete with a cafe on the ground floor.
