Multiple bushfires are burning out of control across Victoria, with firefighters bracing for catastrophic conditions tomorrow.

An emergency "leave now" warning was issued for communities near the Grampians National Park.

Temperatures hit the high 30s earlier today, before a gusty cool change rolled through this afternoon.
