Charles Ezbon, 33, of Park Lane, Tottenham, pleaded guilty to possession of a loaded firearm and grievous bodily harm in March this year.

He was sentenced at Wood Green Crown Court on June 19 to a minimum term of nine years’ in jail.

Police attended North Middlesex hospital in the early hours of December 24 after being told a man had been admitted with a gunshot wound to the leg.

The 26-year-old’s injuries were later assessed as not life-threatening.
