Description

The work will affect trains from September 21 (Saturday) through to September 22 (Sunday).

We have compiled all the details on these works so that you can plan your journey this weekend.

September 21 and 22 (Saturday and Sunday):

Engineering work is taking place between Peckham Rye and Streatham, closing all lines.

Buses will replace trains between London Bridge and Streatham Common via Peckham Rye.

Trains which usually run between London Bridge and East Croydon via Peckham Rye will only run between Streatham and East Croydon.

Trains that usually run between London Bridge and Beckenham Junction will not run.

Passengers can use their paper rail tickets on London Bus route 322 between Tulse Hill, Gipsy Hill and Crystal Palace.

Passengers can use their paper rail tickets on London Trams between East Croydon and Beckenham Junction on Saturday only.

September 22 (Sunday):

Engineering work is taking place between Barnham and Arundel/Angmering, closing all lines.

Replacement buses will run between Barnham and Angmering via Littlehampton, and Barnham and Arundel.

Replacement buses will be extremely limited.

Trains that usually run between London Victoria and Littlehampton will be amended to run between London Victoria and Angmering only.

Trains that usually run between London Victoria or Brighton to Portsmouth Harbour will be amended to run between Bognor Regis and Portsmouth Harbour instead.

No Southern services will run between Havant and Southampton Central.

Engineering work will also be taking place between Purley and Earlswood, closing some lines.

Trains will be diverted between Purley and Horley and will not call at stations via Redhill.

Direct trains between Reigate and London Victoria will not run.

Replacement buses will run between Purley and Redhill/Reigate/Horley.

Replacement buses will run between Redhill and Tonbridge.

Trains between London Victoria and Brighton will call additionally at Purley and Horley.
