The issue mainly affects the Upper Norwood and Crystal Palace districts in the SE19 area, West Norwood, parts of Gipsy Hill and Tulse Hill in the SE27 area, and parts of Streatham in the SW16 area. Thames Water has redirected water through other pipes to maintain supply. Updates are expected later today (February 11), and residents have been thanked for their patience.
